Outside Mount
You can choose outside mount for better shading effect.Shades are installed over the window on the brackets attached to the wall or window frame.We recommend adding a minimum of 2-4 inches to your width and 10-12 inches above the window frame for height measurements to allow for light gap coverage.

Inside Mount
Window frame depth requirement：
2 1/2 inches for Roman shades/Roller Shades/Cellular Shades
2 3/4 inches for Bamboo shades
3 inches for Zebra Shades/Venetian Blinds
